These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EasyBabyStar website, as well as every purchase made through our online store.

By accessing our website, placing an order or purchasing any product, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this website or place an order.

These Terms apply to every visitor of the website and every purchase made through EasyBabyStar.

They govern the contractual relationship between EasyBabyStar and the customer for all products offered through our website.

These Terms apply regardless of whether you access the website from Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, France or any other country where our products are offered.

Nothing contained in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights granted under applicable European Union legislation.

By placing an order you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old; or
• you have permission from your legal guardian;
• you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
• all information you provide is accurate, complete and up to date.

EasyBabyStar reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where inaccurate or misleading information has been provided.

EasyBabyStar designs and sells innovative baby clothing and accessories intended to simplify dressing babies while providing comfort throughout different weather conditions.

Product photographs, videos and descriptions are intended to present the products as accurately as possible. However:

• slight colour differences may occur due to screen settings;
• textile materials may show minor variations between production batches;
• measurements are approximate and subject to normal manufacturing tolerances.

Such differences do not constitute product defects.

All products displayed on our website are offered subject to availability.

Although we continuously update our inventory, we cannot guarantee that every product shown on the website is immediately available.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will inform you without undue delay. You may then choose to:

• wait until the product becomes available;
• select an alternative product;
• receive a full refund.

Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed on the website are shown in Euro (€).

Prices include VAT where applicable under European Union legislation.

Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout before payment is completed.

EasyBabyStar reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

If an obvious pricing error occurs due to technical or human error, EasyBabyStar reserves the right to cancel the affected order before dispatch and refund any payment already received.

8. Placing an Order

Adding products to your shopping cart does not reserve the products and does not create a purchase contract.

A legally binding offer is made only when you complete the checkout process and click the button confirming your order.

Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. This automatic email does not constitute acceptance of your order.

The purchase contract is concluded only when EasyBabyStar confirms acceptance of your order or dispatches the ordered products.

EasyBabyStar reserves the right to refuse any order in justified circumstances, including but not limited to: suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, product unavailability, or violation of these Terms.

9. Payment

We currently accept secure electronic payments through approved payment providers. Accepted payment methods include:

• Mastercard
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay

We do not store your full payment card information. All payment transactions are processed through secure third-party payment providers using encrypted communication.

Orders will only be processed after successful payment authorization. If payment authorization fails, the order cannot be completed.

After successful payment, you will receive:

• an order confirmation email;
• payment confirmation;
• shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched;
• tracking information (where available).

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the email address provided during checkout is correct. EasyBabyStar cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information.

11. Shipping & Delivery

EasyBabyStar currently delivers to selected European Union countries, including: Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, and France. Additional countries may be added in the future.

Deliveries are carried out through DPD or another logistics partner selected by EasyBabyStar where necessary.

Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout before the order is completed.

Estimated delivery times shown on the website are provided for information only and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.

Although we always aim to dispatch orders promptly, delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather conditions, customs inspections, transport disruptions, public holidays, or force majeure events.

EasyBabyStar is not liable for delays caused by the carrier once the parcel has been handed over for delivery.

12. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If an incorrect or incomplete address results in delayed delivery, failed delivery or additional shipping charges, EasyBabyStar shall not be responsible for any resulting costs.

If a parcel is returned to us because of incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the parcel is resent.

13. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect their parcel immediately upon delivery.

If the packaging appears significantly damaged during transport, we recommend:

• taking photographs before opening the parcel;
• noting the damage with the delivery driver whenever possible;
• contacting EasyBabyStar Customer Support as soon as possible.

Failure to report visible transport damage immediately does not affect your statutory consumer rights but may delay investigations with the carrier.

14. Risk and Transfer of Ownership

Ownership of the products transfers to the customer once full payment has been received.

The risk of accidental loss or damage transfers to the customer only when the products have been delivered to the customer or to a person designated by the customer.

If the customer independently arranges transport with a carrier not offered by EasyBabyStar, the risk transfers when the products are handed over to that carrier.

15. Right of Withdrawal

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify EasyBabyStar by email before the withdrawal period expires. Your notification should clearly state your intention to withdraw from the purchase.

16. Effects of Withdrawal

If you validly withdraw from the contract:

• we will reimburse all payments received for the returned products;
• standard delivery charges will also be refunded where required by law;
• reimbursement will be made using the same payment method originally used unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned products or receive sufficient proof that they have been shipped back, whichever occurs first.

EasyBabyStar reserves the right to withhold reimbursement until one of these conditions has been satisfied.

17. Returning Products

Returned products should:

• be returned within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal;
• be adequately packaged;
• include all accessories where applicable;
• be returned in a condition consistent with normal inspection by a consumer.

Customers are responsible only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

18. Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection legislation, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning products after exercising their right of withdrawal.

EasyBabyStar does not accept returns sent cash on delivery (COD), postage due, or without prior withdrawal notification.

19. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable European Union consumer legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• goods made to the customer’s individual specifications;
• personalised products;
• sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed;
• products inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;
• digital content supplied electronically once performance has begun.

Where an exception applies, this will be clearly indicated on the relevant product page or during checkout.

20. Legal Guarantee

EasyBabyStar products benefit from the statutory legal guarantees provided under applicable European Union consumer protection legislation.

If a product proves to be defective or not in conformity with the purchase contract, customers may be entitled to remedies including repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

Customers should notify EasyBabyStar as soon as reasonably possible after discovering any defect.

21. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged product, an incorrect product, an incomplete order, or a manufacturing defect, please contact EasyBabyStar Customer Support within a reasonable period after delivery.

To help us resolve your request quickly, we may ask you to provide: your order number, photographs of the product, photographs of the packaging, and a brief description of the issue.

22. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights relating to the EasyBabyStar website and products remain the exclusive property of EasyBabyStar or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

This includes names, logos, product designs, graphics, illustrations, photographs, videos, layout, texts, packaging, and software.
