30-Day Return Period

You may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be:

• unused
• unwashed
• in its original condition
• returned with all original tags and packaging (where possible)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been:

• used
• washed
• damaged after delivery
• altered in any way

Unless the product is defective or incorrect.

How to Start a Return

Please contact us before sending any item back.

Please include in your message:

• your order number
• your name
• the reason for your return

We will provide clear return instructions upon receiving your email.

Return Shipping

Unless the product is faulty or delivered incorrectly, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your package arrives safely.

Inspection

Once your return arrives, we will inspect the product.

If approved, your refund will be processed.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 7 business days after approval for the refund to be processed.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time before the funds appear in your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

• a damaged item
• a defective product
• the wrong product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the issue.

We will arrange a suitable solution as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or colour, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
