Although we always aim to dispatch orders promptly, delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

EasyBabyStar is not liable for delays caused by the carrier once the parcel has been handed over for delivery.

If a parcel is returned to us because of incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the parcel is resent.

Customers are encouraged to inspect their parcel immediately upon delivery.
If the packaging appears significantly damaged during transport, we recommend:
– taking photographs before opening the parcel;
– noting the damage with the delivery driver whenever possible;

Failure to report visible transport damage immediately does not affect your statutory consumer rights but may delay investigations with the carrier.

Ownership of the products transfers to the customer once full payment has been received.
The risk of accidental loss or damage transfers to the customer only when the products have been delivered to the customer or to a person designated by the customer.
If the customer independently arranges transport with a carrier not offered by EasyBabyStar, the risk transfers when the products are handed over to that carrier.

# 15. Right of Withdrawal
If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within **14 calendar days** without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods.
